For Lawyers:

• Respond promptly and professionally to consultation requests.
• Inform us immediately if any information requires updating or deletion by contacting info@hamarelawyers.com.

For Users:

• Provide accurate information when booking consultations or submitting inquiries.
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Understand that we do not guarantee the quality or outcome of legal services booked through the platform.

4. Payment Terms

Consultations booked via Hamare Lawyers may require payment of consultation fees as specified on lawyer profiles. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store payment information directly. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective lawyers; Hamare Lawyers is not responsible for managing refunds or disputes regarding payments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hamare Lawyers website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Hamare Lawyers or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:
